Week 8 final project: Digital Self Portrait

You culminating assignment for our fast and furious initiation into photoshop is to create a self-portrait which addresses the following theme: Art Educator/education in the 21st century

Your portrait must include, but is not limited to the following criteria...

  1. an image of yourself
  2. at least 10 layers
  3. writing included somewhere within the portrait (handwritten or typed - quoted text or personal reflections)
  4. evidence of your own hand somewhere in the process (not your physical hand, but your technical hand - i.e. personal marks, drawings, writing, etc)
Please be thoughtful in your image selection, composition, and craftsmanship.  This is your time to show off all you have learned this week!  Please see me if you need additional help (either by skype appt or during my office hours sunday night).

The final images should be uploaded to your blog and are due by 11:59 on 10/25.
